Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.


How do I start a return?

Please contact our support team at ceo@sellective.store with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.


Do you offer refunds?

Absolutely. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your tracking information is available, we’ll email it to you. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.


I didn’t receive my tracking info — what should I do?

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account makes it easier to view order history and track shipments.


Do you offer gift packaging?

Not at this time, but it’s something we’re exploring in the near future.


My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re truly sorry about that. Please email us photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery at ceo@sellective.store, and we’ll make it right.
